1- We are 1173 students at CEU from 96 countries so It's an international university for sure.
2- There is another Iranian guy here studying sociology.
3- Out of the new admitted students, just 7 were selected for the scholarship of alumni and I am one of them.
4- George Soros, the founder and the main donor of CEU, is coming here late October to give lectures about the current world economical crisis. I will definitely send the best wishes of imprisoned Iranian reformists to him!
5- We have a Human Rights Initiative here, through which we can share the experiences of violations of human rights in our countries with other students. Needless to say that I am planning for a presentation about the current events in Iran.
